Halloween masks have come a long way since I was young.  Back then it was simply the plastic face mask with that lovely elastic string that went around your head.  My dad would always have to cut the nose and mouth holes bigger because after having it on for only a few minutes it was steamed up inside and you would be sweating to death.  It made for a long night of running around the neighborhood trick-or-treating.  After a couple houses the mask would end up on top of my head because it was way too hot to wear. 

Today however, masks are quite different.  Made of latex and vinyl, they are comfortable to wear and look and feel real.  What’s nice about masks is that you usually don’t have to even buy a costume to complete the look you’re going for.  The mask says it all!
